Brad O’Neill
Brad O’Neill brings decades of sales and organizational leadership in the tech industry to RIA. Brad has developed and managed sales systems, operations and training strategies from startup to public-company scale businesses.
His experiences range from consumer facing software and hardware to deep infrastructure, with particular experience in data storage, networking and virtualization technologies. He has deep experience in a wide range of sales methodologies, having worked himself in every role in go-to-market from SDR to up to SVP of Global Revenues.
He loves developing new sales and customer success talent, managing new product introduction, post-acquisition integration, federal government schedule development, partner channels, change management scenarios, and board management dynamics. Brad has exited companies he helped co-found or build multiple times, via IPO and acquisition.
He pursued his MBA at Olin School of Management, Babson College, and his undergraduate work at Kalamazoo College, where he joined the board of trustees in 2017.
Patrick Wheelock
Patrick Wheelock is a seasoned sales and revenue leader with over 20 years of experience helping early-stage and growth-stage companies build and scale go-to-market strategies. As Co-Founder of Revenue Impact Advisors, he partners with founders and executive teams to design revenue systems that move beyond strategy and into repeatable, measurable execution.
Patrick has held sales leadership roles across VC-backed startups and publicly traded companies, with a strong track record in launching new products, entering complex markets, and driving revenue growth across healthcare, SaaS, and AI. He has led teams of 40+, restructured GTM motions to increase pipeline velocity, and helped companies grow from initial traction to multi-million dollar ARR.
He co-founded Revenue Impact Advisors to address a common challenge he saw across companies: great ideas and strong market potential held back by inconsistent revenue execution. Patrick brings a hands-on, collaborative approach to every engagement—combining data-driven strategy with practical, on-the-ground execution. His focus is on building clear, scalable systems that align teams, accelerate growth, and deliver results
